Refund Policy

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded unless there’s a technical issue that prevents use.

Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Cancellations:
You may cancel an order before it ships. For digital items, cancellation is only possible before download/access.
Returns & Exchanges (Physical Goods Only):
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
We currently do not offer exchanges, but you're welcome to return your item and place a new order.
