We listen, reflect, contribute, and respect one another\u2019s journey. We don\u2019t always agree\u2014but we always strive to stay kind. We share this space to grow\u2014not to perform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we forget, we return to these intentions. When we fall short, we restore what was shaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not just members. We&#8217;ll gently intervene if we notice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excessively dominating conversations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over-posting or hijacking threads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing triggering or deeply personal content without warning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unintentionally offensive language or imagery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moderators will always approach these issues with a spirit of dialogue, not punishment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udea7 When Trust Is Strained<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that mistakes happen. Tone can be misunderstood. Feelings can get bruised. We ask only that you listen with openness.
